The challenge was to design content that engages students, educators, entrepreneurs, and professionals alike, and shows them how to apply the Purpose Economy in daily practice. Education curricula often disconnect with business needs, so we sought to create content that enhances both. The key was producing material that truly matched the needs of these groups and presenting it in an attractive, interactive way. Special attention was given to educators, who need tools to integrate the material into their teaching.
The PEE-C is a digital platform for anyone interested in the Purpose Economy and in learning from the experiences of impact-driven entrepreneurs. Through videos, theorists and field experts share their insights into changemaking. The customer journey combines a structured content line with personal changemaker stories. In addition, a workbook has been developed to support both teachers and students in applying the concepts in classrooms.
The PEE-C quickly became a popular platform for students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and educators to learn about the Purpose Economy. Beyond learning, the platform encourages direct action: participants apply the knowledge to create real value in their own contexts. Several universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands have already integrated the PEE-C into their curricula.
The PEE-C is continuously being developed. An advisory board of university lecturers guides its growth, while more institutions adopt it into their curricula. The PEE-C has become both a supplement and a driver for lessons on economy and society. Learn more: pee-c.nl.
