In the Purpose Schools, talents are encouraged to reflect on the transition toward a new and sustainable (economic) system. The central question is: “What actions can I take to make a difference?”
Aspiring changemakers often know what they want but struggle with starting. Which actions are needed? Who can help—or hinder? How do you navigate conflicting interests and complex systems? Without clear answers, impact ambitions risk stalling.
We brought together motivated students and (young) professionals, teaching them the principles of changemaking. With expert guidance, we focus on translating ambition into action. Each participant developed a personal Theory of Change: a clear, practical roadmap for making impact from their own position.
Participants leave equipped with the tools and knowledge to create their own impact action plan, tailored to their role and ambitions. One alumnus even launched his own sustainability consultancy through the program.
Together with ABN AMRO and Circl, we believe in the power of uniting diverse talents, perspectives, and backgrounds to accelerate the transition. This shared ambition ensures the Purpose School has become a recurring feature of our annual program
